| 摘 要： | 高校体育教师队伍已呈年轻化，青年教师将成为新世纪高校体育的重要力量。但是，目前高校青年体育教师在职称、学历结构方面还有较大差距，理论水平和科研能力总体水平还比较低。通过采用文献资料法，对比分析法，对青年体育教师培养方向与措施进行探讨，试图为建设一支高质量的跨世纪青年体育教师队伍提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Physical education teachers in institutions of higher learning have been younger in the average age recently. The young teachers will become the important physical education forces of the institutions of higher learning in the new century. However, there exists a discrepancy in the structure of academic title and educational background of these young physical education teachers. They are overall low in the theoretical level and scientific research ability. The methods of looking up literatures and comparative analysis were used to approach the direction and measures for cultivating young physical education teachers in order to try to provide some enlightenment for building up a highly qualified team of young physical education teacher for the 21st century. |
