| 摘 要： | 食品安全关乎老百姓的生命,也关乎社会的安全和稳定。改革开放三十年来,我国经历了从吃不饱到能吃饱,从能吃饱到要吃好的历史性转变。在这个过程中,一些重大的食品安全事件频频发生,随着食品安全事件的不断出现,食品安全问题逐渐成为人们所关注问题的焦点。以广东省为例,通过分析广东省食品安全监管方面存在的问题及原因,探索解决中国食品安全监管问题的可行路径。

| Abstract: | Food safety is a matter of the people＇s lives as well as the security and stability of the society.Through three decades of reform and opening up,China has experienced two historic shifts：from food shortages food to adequate food and from enough to good food.In this procession,some big food safety incidents occur frequently and food safety issues are being focused on by most Chinese people.There is a famous saying in China：food is the first necessity of people.This paper,taking Guangdong province as an example,reveals food safety problems existing in supervision,and analyzes their causes.What＇s more,the paper explores solutions to these problems in China. |
