摘    要:针对汽车车身及其焊接特点,设计了一种改进的移动式多点自动焊机控制系统,使焊机的焊钳既可多方向移动又能多点焊接,实现自动控制;从而解决了企业发展中遇到的生产效率和质量的瓶颈问题,提高了整个汽车车身焊装工位效率和质量.

Abstract:According to the automobile body and welding characteristics,an improved mobile multipoint automatic welding machine control system has been designed. That control system makes the welding machine be able to multi direction and multi spot welding,whichis under automatic control. So the production efficiency and the quality of the bottleneck problems in the development of enterprises can be solved.And the efficiency of car body welding station has been improved.
