| 摘 要： | 文化对现代远程教育制度影响深远，从积极方面看，文化是现代远程教育制度伦理思想的精神支持，是连接现代远程教育制度与人之间的一架桥梁。从消极方面看，传统文化中等级观念、权威定势、人治思想等造成制度的立法、运行和执行障碍；市场经济条件下文化的负面效应成为现代远程教育制度的阻力。本文从文化的角度讨论现代远程教育制度的相关问题，为研究分析现代远程教育制度文化打下基础。

| Abstract: | Culture has profound influence on modern distance education.From positive aspect, culture is the moral support of the moral thought in modern distance education system and the bridge between people and modern distance eductaion system;from the negative aspect, the idea of class, authority tendency and rule of man in traditional culture make obstacle of the legislation, operation and adminsitration of the regulation.The negative effects of the culture under the market economy will be the barrier of modern distance education system.This article discusses some problems related to modern distance education system form culture aspect, and lays a fundation of the research and analysis of system culture in modern distance education system. |
