研究生《人力资源管理》课程实验教学的若干思考

摘    要:实验教学是研究生《人力资源管理》教学中的一个重要环节,目前《人力资源管理》课程实验教学仍处于探索阶段,还存在开展实验教学客观条件有限、忽视学生群体特点和创新性不足等问题。而由案例教学、仪器实验、实验室情景模拟、专家讲座、小组案例设计等组成的《人力资源管理》课程实验教学体系,能增强学生的学习积极性,提高学生的实践能力、创新能力和理论联系实际的能力。

Reflections of Experimental Teaching of Course Human Resources Management for Postgraduates

Abstract:Experimental teaching is a key link of Human Resources Management teaching for graduates.Currently,the experimental teaching of human resources management course is still on the exploration phase with such problems as the objective limitations on the experimental teaching,ignoring the student body characteristics,insufficient originali-ty,and so on.And the experimental teaching system of course Human Resources Management made up of case teach-ing,instrumental experiment,lab-situation simulation,expert lecture and group case designing can enhance the enthu-siasm of students in learning,their practical ability,their innovative ability and their ability to combine theory with practice.
