| 摘 要： | 本文首先回顾了中国半导体产业的发展历史,之后分别从IC设计业、IC制造业以及IC封装测试业来分析概括中国半导体产业的发展情况。本文对IC产业的三大领域之现状分别进行了概述,并对各领域中的重点厂商进行了评述。最后,对各个领域的发展环境进行了分析概括,并对未来的发展前景做出了预测。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the history of China semiconductor industry at first,and then analyzed the current situation of China semiconductor industry from IC design,IC manufacturer and IC testing areas.This article gave each IC industry area a general introduction,and listed the main enterprises for each area,and also the industry environment analysis with future forecast. |
