| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员制度对全面贯彻党的教育方针和各项政策，加强学生思想道德培养和素质教育，密切高校党团组织和青年学生关系，有效引导学生自我管理，发挥了重要作用。高校辅导员制度的发展历程经历了萌芽与孕育、确立与初创、停滞与混沌、恢复与反思、探索与加强以及完善与成熟这六个阶段。事实证明，在全面建设社会主义和谐社会，培养全面发展的专门人才新形势下，仍应坚持且完善高校辅导员制度。
