| 摘 要： | 随着全球性人口危机、资源危机和生态危机的步步紧逼 ,正在把传统综合国力研究的一套理论、方法加以根本改造 ,提出了综合国力大系统如何实现整约与共适的问题。本文试图对此方面趋向开展初步探索 ,以期引起学术界的广泛、深入讨论。

| Abstract: | The international community has seen many changes in the world today since the late 1990s. The rise of high technology pushes humanity into the era of information & intellectuality. Knowledge-oriented economy starts making its debut. Accordingly, key elements and functions of the overall national strength begin to change drastically. Plagued by a variety of global crises, such as the explosive population, global shortage in natural resources and ecosystem breakdown, both the traditional research methods and related theories on the overall national strength are forced to reshape themselves. yet, how to rectify and harmonize the huge system of overall national strengths remains in dispute. By making a way through the uncharted field of this, this article is aimed at provoking interests from experts now working for related R&D realms. |
