摘    要:目的:探讨AD患者出院时康复过程中安全问题的宣教及早期干预所采用的对策,以保证患者自身安全、家庭及周围环境安全,为构建和谐社会奠定基础。方法:从医院到家庭到社区,发动AD患者周围的人群尽可能都参与,且根据AD患者病情的不同程度,早期采取相应的保护性干预对策。结果:本组85例AD患者,出现激惹及攻击行为18例,误服药物2例,压疮5例,出走未遂4例,室外跌倒25例,由于防范措施到位,均未造成严重后果。结论:对AD患者采用及时有效的干预对策,将不安全因素消灭在萌芽中,防止患者不安全行为发生,对保障患者自身及周围环境的安全都有极大的意义。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss education and early intervention to safety problems concerning AD patient rehabilitation after leaving hospital and take appropriate countermeasures to ensure the safety of the patient himself,his family and the environment around,as well as to contribute to social harmony.Method: Take appropriate protecting interventional countermeasures based on the phase of AD,and to make people around patient involved from community to family as many as possible.Result: In 85 AD patients in this group,there were 18 cases with irritating and attacking behaviors,2 cases as taking wrong medicine,5 cases as bedsore,4 cases as attempting to run away and 25 cases as outdoor tumble,none of which caused severe outcome because of good prevention actions.Conclusion: Take appropriate and on-time intervention and countermeasures to AD patients to eliminate any potential safety risk,and to prevent any unsafe behavior of patients,which are very significant to safety of patient himself and the environment around.
