| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育是我国各族人民在长期生产、生活实践中积累起来的养生和健身的体育形式的总称,是祖国各族人民智慧的结晶。它可以强身健体、防病祛病、防身自卫。为了使民族传统体育继承和发扬下去,就必须从社会、家庭、学校多方面入手,从而提高思想素质教育,陶冶情操。在民族传统体育中《武术》极具代表性,是中国的国术。结合中学体育课的《武术》基本教材及相关材料,对初级《武术》教学的特点进行分析。

| Abstract: | The national tradition sports in China is the crystallization of the wisdom of people of all ethnic groups in their long-term production and life practice accumulated in the health and fitness sports form body activities.It can strengthen the body,prevent illnesses,increase self-defense ability.In order to make the national tradition sports inheriting and carrying forward,we must start from the society,family,school multi-pronged approaches,so as to improve the ideological quality education,edify sentiment.In the national traditional sports Wushu is one of representatives.Combining with the middle school physical education ＂Wushu＂ basic materials and related materials,the primary ＂Wushu＂ teaching characteristics are analyzed in the study. |
