摘    要:针对我国广告公司的人才现状、人才要求和我国广告教育存在的问题。对“广告创意与策划”教学环节的情况做几点思考。以广告创意与策划人员的现状为出发点,对广告创意人员与广告策划人员业务能力进行了分析,从而,在“广告创意与策划”的教学中提出了具体的改革措施。

Abstract:Required by the current situation of talents in the advertising agency of our country , talents and the education problems existing in the advertisement of our country, the author has some thinking on the teaching step of " the advertising designing and planning ", on the basis of the personnel's current situation of designing and panning advertisiements, analyses the personnel's ability of designing and planning advertisement, thus, put forward the concrete reform measurements in the teaching of " the advertising intention".
