| Abstract: | this paper expounds the implementation of the structured interview process in sporting goods company recruit sales staff, it also analyzes existing problems in the structured interview for the sales staff in sports goods enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions based on these problems for various sports goods enterprises to provide the reference when hiring sales staff. |
