| 摘 要： | 高校国有资产是整个国有资产的重要组成部分,也是公办高校赖以生存和发展的物质基础,各个国家都非常重视高校国有资产监管法治化。结合国外高校国有资产监管法治化的基本经验,针对我国高校国有资产监管中存在的法制缺陷,提高法律意识、建立健全法律体系和管理体制、完善监督机制是实现我国高校国有资产监管法治化的必然选择。
