| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计法等研究方法对大连市体育传统项目学校、大连市全国体育后备人才培养试点中学、体育后备人才培训基地和少年足球俱乐部、足球学校等形式的体育后备人才培养现状进行调查分析。研究提高建立新的运动训练网络系统的新模式,提出大连市高水平体育后备人才培养的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The aim of the study on the ways concerning the nurturing the potential elite athletes is to boost further sport performance. The questionaine,interview and reference reviewing are used to investigate and discuss the current situation of nurturing potential elite athletes in four different places:Dalian traditional sport event school ,national experimental potential elite athlete nurturing school in dalian, potential elite athlete training base of juvenile football club and football school. The purpose of the study is to set up a new style of training network and to provide some useful countermeasures and suggestions concerning potential elite athlete nurturing. |
