摘    要:通过对中小学教师继续教育的调查研究,发现中小学教师自身对继续教育在观念和认识上存在着自觉性不高,行为被动、学员选课避重就轻,流于形式、培养模式上重校外培训轻校本培训等问题,并在此基础上探讨了正确引导和调控中小学教师继续教育的途径和方法。

Abstract:Based on the investigation, we found out that problems had existed in the continuing education of primary and middle school teachers, such as low self consciousness, passive behavior, students avoiding the important and dwelling on the trivial in selecting courses, becoming a mere formality, and emphasizing outside school training but belittling school based training etc. This paper puts forward some beneficial reference to the lead and control of continuing education for primary and middle school teachers.
