| 摘 要： | 辅导员在高校学生工作中扮演的角色越来越多,压力不断增加,角色冲突加剧,严重影响了辅导员角色的实现。要让辅导员扮演好各种角色,就必须科学地构建辅导员的角色维度,调适不当的角色期望,避免角色模糊与角色发散,减少角色冲突。高校应通过完善规章制度、改善待遇等手段,实现辅导员的角色认同,使他们能够各得其所、各尽所能、特色发展。
