| 摘 要： | 在我国高校人事制度的建立和改革过程中,与之相匹配的人力资源管理的机制还不够完善,导致人才不能够合理使用甚至流失的现象屡见不鲜,另一方面,随着市场经济的发展与成熟,高等教育大众化的实现,未来社会就业的竞争也越来越激烈,如何在职场立有一席地位,就需要对自己的职业生涯进行系统的规划,职业生涯规划在高等学校人力资源管理中的应用将是一个十分有益的尝试。本文分析了当前高校教师及行政人员进行职业生涯规划的意义和重要性,并着重论述了高校教师在进行职业生涯规划时应考虑的因素及策略途径。
