| 摘 要： | 国际劳工组织在1998年提出了＂体面劳动＂的口号。作为一种战略目标,体面劳动主要包括＂促进工作中的权利、就业、社会保护和社会对话＂四个方面的内容。目前这一口号不仅已经成为世界劳工运动的基本目标,也是各国政府经济和社会政策的重要内容之一。我国已初步形成对劳动者权益保护的法律体系。

| Abstract: | The slogan ＂decent work＂ was presented by the International Labor Organization in 1998.As a strategic target,＂decent work＂ includes promotion of rights in work,employment,social protection and social dialogue.Nowadays,the slogan has not only been the basic target of the world labor movement,but also been important part of all countries governments economic and social policies.The law system of the protection of labor s rights and benefits has mainly been formed in our country. |
