| 摘 要： | 中国加入ＷＴＯ后，我国高新技术产业将面临着巨大的冲击。而高新技术产业化对国民经济的发展具有重大的意义、因此，加快高新技术产业化显得尤为迫切。因其较一般产业有其特殊性，所以面临着诸多风险。本文根据产业化过程中的问题，提出了几种主要风险，并针对风险提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | China's high-tech industrialization will encounter huge impact after joining in WTO. While it is very important for national economy to realize high-tech industrialization. Therefore it is high time to accelerate the development of high-tech industrialization. Because of its particular conditions compared with common industries, it faces many risk. According to the problems of industrial process, the article points out several main risks and finds some corresponding solutions. |
