| 摘 要： | 学风建设是学校的灵魂。优良的学风是保证和提高教育教学质量的重要条件，是确保人才培养的关键，是学校创品牌、树信誉、谋发展的基础。笔者结合多年学生管理工作的实践及目前高校学风现状，并就新形势下如何求真务实。努力加强和开创学风建设新局面提出了自己的粗浅认识。对一些应对措施进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | Construction on the style of study is the soul of one college. The excellent style of study is not only the essential prerequisite for guaranteeing and advancing teaching quality, but also the key factor for cultivating talented persons. The good style of study is also the basis for achieving honor, prestige and development of one college. On account of this, the writer has put forward some suggestions and resolutions on the basis of analysis on the current situations of style of study in universities and intellectual practical experiences in order to initiate and foster the new phase of construction on the style of study. |
