| 摘 要： | 目前,人才竞争已经成为国际竞争的焦点之一,很多国家和组织都把创新型人才资源视为提升竞争力的核心因素,不断加强对创新型人才的培养和开发。创新实践也表明,开发和培养创新型科技人才,是提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的必然要求。本文首先阐述了创新型人才的个性特征,然后运用大量案例进行了系统分析,对如何识别和培养创新型人才提出了操作性很强的方法。
