复杂铜精矿低温热压萃取工艺的研究

摘    要:通过对铜精矿进行低温热压氧化提取铜、铁的萃取工艺研究,探讨了初始酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间等工艺参数对铜、铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:最佳浸出温度为110—130℃;随着初始酸度和氧分压提高、NaC1浓度增加、反应时间延长可以提高铜的浸出率。当氧气分压0.45MPa,浸出温度110℃,浸出时间4h,NaC1初始浓度为40g/L,H2SO4初始浓度为110g/L,液固比5:1,搅拌速度750r/min时,Cu的浸出率可达98%。

Abstract:To extract leaching copper and iron with the technique of low temperature and pressure in complex copper concentration mineral,this paper finds out most complications which influence their rate and degree of oxidation.The results have shown that the optimum leaching temperature ranges from 110℃ to 130℃.The leaching rate of copper can be increasing initial acidity,concentration of NaC1,partial pressure of oxygen and reaction time.When the partial pressure of oxygen is 0.45 MPa,the temperature is 110℃,the leaching time is 4h,the initial concentration of NaC1 is 40 g/L,the initial concentration of H2SO4 is 110g/L,the L/S ratio is 5 and the agitation velocity is 750 r/min and the leaching rate of copper is up to 98%.
