| 摘 要： | 提出了一套小型电动车控制电路中针对功率场效应MOSFET管的保护电路设计方案。指出只要能保证控制电路中MOSFET管的安全,就能保证电动车在运行中的安全。详细介绍了我们设计的小型电动车控制电路中针对功率场效应MOSFET管过热、过流(短路)和失控保护电路的保护原理和具体电路。

| Abstract: | A design method is put forward aiming at finding a protection circuit of MOSFET in small dynamical vehicle control circuit. The safety of the MOSFET will ensure the safety of the dynamical vehicle. A detailed explanation has been made on the protection principle and actual circuits for over-heat, over-current (short circuit) and lost-control protection circuit of MOSFET in small dynamical vehicle that we have designed. |
