"素质教育"概念的新诠释

摘    要:“素质教育”概念能否科学而精练地表述,直接影响到人们对素质教育的理解和自觉从事素质教育的实践行为。之所以会出现2004年南京市高考的尴尬局面,与究竟什么是素质教育没有搞清楚不无关系。本文试图以《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》(以下简称《决定》)为政策导向,应用现代教育科学理论,对素质教育的概念进行新的阐释。

Abstract:Whether the concept of character education is stated scientifically and correctly will directly influence people's understanding of it and their practice of its implementation.The awkward situation occurred in Nanjing's Entrance Examination to College in 2004 had something to do with the unclear conception and understanding of character education.Based on Chinese government's official documents of deepening educational reform and implementing character education and based on the modern education theories this paper tries to give new interpretation of character education.
