| 摘 要： | 从政府、企业、学校和学生的角度分析了高职院校学生顶岗实习中存在的各种问题：高职院校教学体系有待改革,专业指导教师的指导工作不到位;实习单位对待顶岗实习缺乏积极性;学生对顶岗实习和自身的认识存在偏差;政府对顶岗实习的开展缺乏有效的制度和立法保障.为此应采取的对策为：高职院校要深化教学改革,为顶岗实习做好准备工作;实习单位要转变对学生顶岗实习的态度;政府要加强对顶岗实习的立法保障、政策支持和资金投入;高职院校学生要转变思想,积极参加顶岗实习.

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the deficiencies of the in-post teaching practice from perspectives of government,companies,college and students.Vocational colleges fail to give sufficient guidance.Companies lack enthusiasm for field practice.Students have improper attitudes.Governments fail to give legal support.Strategies are,therefore,discussed,such as furthering the teaching reforms,urging companies to change attitudes,enforcing governmental and financial supports,and helping students with the in-post teaching practice. |
