| 摘 要： | 建设一个什么样的党和怎样建设党，是党的建设的根本问题，需要根据实践的发展和时代特征不断探索、不断解决的问题。领导有中国特色革命和建设的中国共产党，它的自身建设必然要求有中国特色。中国共产党80多年来，党的三代领导集体开创和实施了中国特色的党的建设的两个伟大工程。江泽民在世纪之交，总结了中国共产党80年的历史经验，汲取了世界社会主义运动的历史经验，特别是苏联东欧剧变的深刻教训，提出了“三个代表”重要思想，科学回答了“建设一个什么样的党和怎样建设党”这个基本问题。建设一个什么样的党就是要建设一个“三个代表”的党，就是要建设一个中国特色的共产党。

| Abstract: | What Party should we construct and how to construct are the basic problem of constructing the party. We need continually explore and solve the problem to according to the practical development and the feature of the age. Leading a revolution and construtting China with Chinese characteristics, the communist Party of China must be constructed with Chinese characteristics. Since the foundation of the Communist Party of China 80 years ago, the three generations of leaders of the Communist Party have initiated and carried out the two great projects of the construction of the Party of Chinese characteristics together. At the meeting of the new century, Jiang Zemin summarized the historical experience of the Communist Party of China from the last 80 years, and drew the historical experience of the movement of the Communist of the world, especially the lesson from Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, had advanced the focus idea of Three Representation which answered the question of what Party we should construct and how to construct. Scientifically, the Party we should construct is the Party of Three Representation and of Chinese characteristics. |
