摘    要:本实验研究三皂甙(Rgl)对小鼠空间学习记忆的影响。将小白鼠随机分成四组,对照组灌胃0.5%CMC,给药组按剂量由低到高灌胃Rg130,60,90mg/kg,采用Y迷宫法检测小鼠的空间学习记忆能力。结果发现,给药组Rg160,90mg/kg小白鼠的Y迷宫实验正确反应次数与对照组相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05);学习记忆力增强。说明三七皂苷能够改善小鼠空间学习记忆能力。

Effect of Panax Notoginseng on Spatial Learning and Memory of mice in Y-maze Tasks

Abstract:To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng on Spatial learning and memory in mice.Methods:Kunming mice wrer randomly divided into four groups.Control group mice wrer daily administrated 0.5%CMC(p.o) for 7 days.The rest three gruops were daily administrated Rg1 30,60,90mg/kg(p.0) for 7 days,respectively.Y-maze was used to test the ability of spatial learning-memory in mice.Results:The number of correct reaction of treated mice by Rg1 60,90mg/kg in Y-maze showed a significant increase(P<0.05),compared with the control group mice(0.5%CMC),Conclusion:Rg1 effectively improved the ability of spatial learning-memory in mice.
