| 摘 要： | 执政党的合法性问题是国家政治生活中一个重要的问题.面对经济的发展和社会的变化,作为执政党的中国共产党如何在合法性危机面前正确把握执政的合法性以适应形势的变化,适时地进行改革和有效巩固自身的领导和执政地位已成为一个紧迫和重大的课题.在新时期里,重塑中国共产党执政的合法性基础,需要以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,确保先进性,扩大代表性功能,遏制党内腐败,防止权力逆行,实行机制创新,同时完善意识形态,争取更大多数人民对党的意识形态的认同.

| Abstract: | The legitimacy of a ruling party is and important issue in a country's political life.With economic development and social change,it has become an essential and urgent subject to be studied how the Communist Party of China as a ruling party adapts its ruling legitimacy to changing situation and timely reforms and strengthens its leading and ruling position.In the new era,in order to rebuild its ruling legitimacy,the Communist Party of China should,under the guidance of the important thought of the "three represents",maintain its advancedness,expand its representative function,curb corruption of power,innovate its mechanism,better its ideology and win over to it the consensus of the majority of the people. |
