| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育作为培养生产、建设、管理第一线的技能型专门人才的主渠道，其教育成果很大程度上取决于高职教师的专门化和专业化建设。但在实际实践中高职教师的专门化和专业化建设存在对高职教师的专业性认识不足、对高职教育的理念不熟悉对高职课程体系认识不全、缺乏实践能力和专业教学方法等一些较为突出的问题。针对以上问题思考探索解决的方法与措施。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is the main method of training specialized personnel of manufacturing, construction and management. The education efficiency mainly depend on the level of the professionalization of higher vocational teachers. But in the process of professionalization, we met some problems. We lacked of understanding of professionalization. We didn＇t familiar with the higher vocational education theory and we lacked the experience. This paper introduce some solutions of the mentioned problems. |
