| 摘 要： | 从全民健身与体育文化的视角,运用文献资料法、调研法。探讨了气排球与体育文化的互动、气排球项目的创新设计、基本技术要素、气排球的健身功效。认为气排球是一种小型化、轻便型的新式排球,也是当今三大球及其变种百年来第一个纯国产化的优质球类项目。它融大众运动竞技、健身、娱乐、观赏于一体,有丰富的技术内涵和健身功效,值得推广与开发。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of mass fitness and sports culture and by means of documents and investigation,this paper discusses the interaction of balloon volleyball and sports culture,the creative design and basic technique factors of balloon volleyball games,the fitness effect of balloon volleyball activities,and comes to a conclusion: as one of the new practical volleyball inventions and a homegrown ball game,balloon volleyball integrates competition,health,entertainment and appreciation and enjoys a high value in technique training and fitness effect. |
