| 摘 要： | 当代学校体育课程的发展是当前学校体育改革面Il缶的主要问题。长期以来，学校体育课程都是以教师的“运动技能”为主导，这一价值取向使体育教师的专业发展局限在运动技能技术方面，忽视了组织教学能力的发展，在专业发展领域存在一定的局限性。因而体育教师的“运动技能”价值取向必须向“教学知能”转变，它可以深化与拓宽体育教师专业发展领域、克服单纯的运动训练化倾向、实现学校体育理论与实践的统一，是一种新的体育课程理念，也是体育教师的专业性所在。
