| 摘 要： | 第三部门是指除政府和企业之外的组织或部门。第三部门能够解决因为社会体制改革所带来的一系列社会公共服务问题,其中群众体育事业就是问题之一。群众体育事业是我国政府增强人民体质的重要手段。第三部门的兴起能够为群众体育事业带来新的发展方向和积极因素,必将促进群众体育事业更好地发展。
