高校人事制度改革需要彰显学术权力

摘    要:依据伯顿.克拉克的高等教育三角协调模式,我国大学教师人事制度改革的走向最终取决于国家权力、市场力量和学术权力这三种力量的对比变化和合力作用,而目前人事制度改革成效甚微的根本原因在于学术权力的缺失,因此聚焦学术权力问题,归还学术权力应有空间显得极为重要。

Abstract:According to the higher education triangular coordination mode of Burton Clark,the trend of the university personnel system reform of China ultimately depends on the comparison change and joint forces effect of the three forces of the state power,the power of market forces and academic powe.The fundamental reason of the university personnel system reform in China with little success at present is the lack of academic power,so focus on the issue of academic power,and returned the power to the academic space becomes extremely important.
