| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对竞技体育的社会意义进行论述，认为：（1）竞技体育是宣言书，国家对竞技体育设立了长久目标，竞技体育取得的成就显示了国家综合实力的提升，振奋民族精神，增强民族自豪感；（2）竞技体育是宣传队，竞技体育的发展向人民宣传体育文化、提供体育物质；（3）竞技体育是播种机，它在人民群众队伍内播下了体育的种子。同时，分析了竞技体育推进体育公共服务的作用，认为：（1）竞技体育组织制度具有借鉴性；（2）合理的竞技体育制度文化，为体育公共服务提供制度保障；（3）完善基础设施，为开展公共服务工作创造良好条件；（4）高尚的竞技精神，为文化传播提供更加坚实的壁垒；（5）竞技体育人才，是公共服务发展的促进因素；（6）丰富的体育活动，为公众拓展了社会视野。

| Abstract: | Using literature, logic analysis and other methods, the social significance of competitive sports, this paper thinks： （1） competitive sports is a manifesto, the state established a long-term goal of competitive sports, competitive sports achievements show the national comprehensive strength enhance national spirit, and enhance national pride;（2） competitive sports is a propaganda team, competitive sports organizations with their own actions, sports and cultural propaganda to the people, to provide sports material; （3）competitive sports or a planter, it ranks among the masses sowed the seeds of sport within. In competitive sports can penetrate into people＇s conditions, the analysis of the role of public services, sports, drawn： （1） Competitive sports organization and management could be a reference to its; （2）rational system of competitive sports culture, sports public service delivery system to protect;（3）perfect infrastructure for the conduct of public service work to create good conditions; （4）noble competitive spirit, as the spread of culture to provide a more solid barriers;（5） the talent of competitive sports is a contributing factor to the development of public services; （6）wealth of sports activities for the public to expand social horizons. |
