| 摘 要： | 验证高职毕业生是否适应社会对职业人才需求的标准是其建立在专业核心技能之上的综合职业能力水平。基于通识教育理念的高职公选课课程设置和教学实践,对培养学生综合职业能力具有重要意义。建立在分析综合职业能力体系内涵基础之上的高职公选课教学,以素质为基础,以能力为本位,以实践教学为手段,采取工作导向的多种教学方法和灵活有效的评价机制,是培养高职学生综合职业能力的有效途径之一。
