| 摘 要： | 我国刑法对性权利保护的规定的滞后性日益凸现。如强奸罪的犯罪主体和犯罪对象的性别限制，对婚内强奸规定的缺失，对猥亵罪犯罪对象的限制等等，对上述问题进行研究，以实现对完善性权利刑法保护的探讨。
