微流控装置在药学综合实验教学中的拓展应用

摘    要:吉林大学生物国家级实验教学示范中心不断研发与改进实验技术与教具,探索前沿技术与实践教学的融合,通过将微流控技术应用于药学综合实验,并与高效液相色谱检测方法相对比实验,使学生对非接触电导检测法、芯片毛细管电泳、谱图分析处理等有更深的认识,了解前沿技术,拓展科研思路,取得较好地教学效果。

Abstract:The national experimental teaching demonstration center of biology of Jilin University has continuously developed and improved experimental technology and teaching aids,explored the integration of cutting-edge technology and practical teaching.Through the application of microfluidic technology in pharmaceutical comprehensive experiments,and compared with high-performance liquid chromatography detection methods,students have deeper recognition of non-contact conductivity detection,chip capillary electrophoresis,spectrum analysis and processing,etc We should know and contact with advanced technology,expand scientifi c research ideas,and achieve better teaching results.
