| 摘 要： | 该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、实地考察法对周口师范学院体育学院足球运动损伤现状进行调查分析,研究结果表明:足球教师预防运动损伤仍然存在不足;学生运动损伤理论匮乏。根据研究结果提出以下建议:足球教师要提高对运动损伤的重视程度;做好准备活动;提高足球技术等。通过有效的处理与预防足球运动损伤,激发学生学习足球的热情,促进周口师范学院足球项目的进步与发展。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and field investigation to investigate and analyze the current situation of football sports injury in Physical Education College of Zhoukou N ormal University.The research results show that:there are still def iciencies in the prevention of sports injury for football teachers;there is a lack of sports injury theory for students.According to the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward:football teachers should pay more attention to sports injuries;do well in preparatory activities;improve football technology,etc.Through the effective treatment and prevention of football injury,to stimulate the enthusiasm of students to learn football,to promote the progress and development of Zhoukou Normal University football project. |
