| 摘 要： | 在我国,排球教学一直是高校体育的重要组成部分。排球具有提高运动能力、合作能力和增强身体素质等作用。由此,教师在教学过程中如何能更快地让学生学习及掌握排球能力是对教师的考验。目前,排球教学中仍然存在教学单调、学生积极性不高等问题,而“翻转课堂”的优势由此显现,它可以实现教学主体的转换,使学生成为“主人公”,自主掌握学习的能力。这种彻底颠覆传统教学模式的教学方法,无疑将会给中国体育教学领域带来一场全新的革命。

| Abstract: | In China,volleyball teaching has always been an important part of physical education in colleges and universities.Volleyball can improve sports ability,cooperation ability and physical quality.Therefore,how teachers can make students learn and master volleyball ability faster in the teaching process is a test for teachers.At present,there are still some problems in volleyball teaching,such as monotonous teaching and low enthusiasm of students,and the advantage of"f lipped classroom"appears.It can realize the transformation of teaching subject and make students become"protagonists"to master the ability of learning independently.This kind of teaching method which completely subverts the traditional teaching mode will undoubtedly bring a new revolution to the f ield of physical education in China. |
