| 浅谈我国体育场馆的问题和发展路径研究 |

| 摘 要： | 该文运用文献资料和专家访谈对我国体育场馆的经营管理进行研究,发现存在政府干预错位、市场化进程缓慢、场馆功能单一、闲置愈发严重、人力资源匮乏、经营理念落后等问题,提出简政放权、发挥市场作用、开发场馆功能、有效配置资源、优化人才结构、创新经营理念等路径,希望通过路径的提出,解决体育场馆存在的问题,更好地促进我国体育场馆健康、科学化发展。

| Abstract: | Using literature and expert interviews to study the management of sports venues in China,we found that government intervention is misplaced,the marketization process is slow,the venue functions are single,the idle is more serious,the human resources are scarce,and the management concept is backward.Give play to the role of the market,develop venue functions,effectively allocate resources,optimize the talent structure,and innovate business ideas and other paths.The author hope that through the path,we can solve the problems in the stadiums and better promote the healthy and scientif ic development of stadiums in China. |
