摘    要:随着学徒制在我国试点工作的逐步扩大和深入,存在的问题也逐渐暴露,这使得加强教学工作诊改成了促进校企合作新发展的重要举措。以全国首批学徒制试点专业——食品生物技术专业为依据,构建了现代学徒制教学指标体系,明确了诊断的具体项目及其诊断要素和标准,逐步建成覆盖全员、贯穿全程、多元诊断、网络互动的常态化诊改制度体系,建立常态化、富有自主活力和可持续发展的诊改工作机制,为现代学徒制建设进行了有益的探索。

Abstract:With the gradual expansion and deepening of the pilot work of apprenticeship in China,some problems are gradually exposed,which makes the strengthening of teaching practice become an important measure to promote the new development of school-enterprise cooperation.Based on the national first batch of pilot apprenticeships specialty of Food Biotechnology,the paper builds an index system of modern apprenticeship teaching,confirms the specific project and its elements and standards,constructs an overall normalized diagnosis system,and sets up the diagnosis mechanism of sustainable development,which has carried on the beneficial exploration for modern apprenticeship construction.
