摘    要:师生关系会对学生的学习产生一定影响,和谐的师生关系不仅是顺利完成教学任务的必要基础,而且有助于学生与教师之间的交流沟通,激发学生的学习热情,形成良好的学习氛围,使学生更好地学习和成长。文章论述和谐师生关系的重要性和对学生学习效果的影响,并分析构建和谐师生关系的条件。

Abstract:The relationship between teachers and students will have a certain impact on students'learning.A harmonious relationship between teachers and students is not only the necessary way to successfully complete the teaching task,but also conducive to the communication between students and teachers,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,form a good learning atmosphere,and make students learn and grow better.This paper discusses the importance of harmonious relationship between teachers and students and its influence on students'learning effect,and analyzes the conditions for building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
