| 摘 要： | 安全生产是企业运营的基础,而我国企业的安全生产水平较低,事故频发、损失较大,已引起国内外社会的广泛关注,严重降低了我国的国际形象。安全型学习型组织建设是企业安全管理的有效策略,在西方国家得到广泛的实施。领导行为在安全型学习型组织建设中发挥着关键的作用。我国企业应大力加强安全型学习型组织建设,以大幅度降低企业的安全事故及损害。

| Abstract: | Safety production is the basis of enterprise operation. The safe production level is relatively low in Chinese enterprise with frequented accidents and great loss, which has caused widespread concern both home and abroad. The building of safe learning organization is an effective strategy of enterprise security management, and is widely implemented in western countries. Leadership behavior plays a key role in the construction of a safe learning organization. Chinese enterprises should vigorously strengthen the construction of a safe learning organization to reduce the loss of safety accidents and damages. |
