| 摘 要： | 蔡元培对于中国高等教育的重要贡献之一就是确立了大学心存高远、学术自主和兼容并包的大学精神。本文首先从蔡元培大学精神形成的三个阶段来分析蔡元培大学精神的思想文化来源，然后进一步分别阐述了蔡元培大学精神的内涵及其文化取向。
