| 摘 要： | 当前,高校本科生实习存在方案不合理、管理不到位、企业不愿参与等问题。借鉴发达国家的先进经验,构建"3+3+1"实习模式,解决传统实习模式存在的问题。建立政府、高校、企业、学生联动机制,推动本科生实习工作的科学发展。

| Abstract: | Currently,there are many problems in our local college undergraduates practice,namely,program is unreasonable,management is not in place,enterprises are unwilling to participate.Learning from the advanced experience of developed countries,build the "3 +3 +1" practice model to solve the existing problems of the traditional practice model.Establish linkage mechanism of government,universities,enterprises and students,to promote scientific development of the undergraduates practice work. |
