| 摘 要： | 新疆是我国西北重要的战略安全屏障,战略地位极其重要.推进具有新疆特点的高校辅导员队伍专业化建设,必须重视职业准入、政治素质、职业能力以及专业化的实施路径,保证这支队伍真正成为开展各族大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,进而为新疆高等教育事业的又好又快发展服务.
