| 摘 要： | 阐述了在低碳排量控制时代节约电能的意义,并以某高校为例,针对其办公、生活电器的使用特点,按强预热型、弱预热型分类,进行了常用电器待机能耗测试;结果测得待机能耗约占总能耗的5.12%,其中强预热型电器待机耗能占总待机耗能的94.66%;进而提出了构建节约型校园、大力倡导节电的若干建议与措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the experimental method is adopted in the standby energy consumption test of common appliances in a vocational college,taking account of the different usage features of strong and weak warm-up electrical appliances,the standby energy consumption data is obtained by different ways with statistical methods,the result shows that the standby energy consumption of common appliances accounts for 5.12% of total energy consumption in a unit,and of which,the strong warm-up electrical appliances accounts for 94.66%.So,some suggestions and measures have been proposed for saving electrical power and to build the saving-oriented campus and the Low-carbon lifestyle. |
