| 摘 要： | 技术攻关是企业生存与发展的重要手段。作为钢轧一体化的现代大工业生产厂家，一钢轧总厂生产线长而复杂产品品种繁多，工艺技术、质量控制、生产组织和设备管理的难度相当大。为解决这些复杂的问题，通过运用现代管理工具采用计算机控制手段，以构建技术攻关课题管理的新模式，使攻关课题管理工作变得更加高效科学。

| Abstract: | Technology research is an important measure ior lnuustry ~utw v As a huge modem industry, which include steel making and roUing process, our plant produce variety products with long and complex line. But at the same time, it~ very difficult to manage the process and technology, control quality, organize product and administer equipment. In order to solve these prob- lems, through use modem management tools, we adopt computer to supervise the process of technology research, which make the management job more efficient and scientific. |
