| 摘 要： | 样品经灰色、浸泡、酸化后，用过量溴水将其中的Ｉ＾－氧化为ＩＯ＾－３，再用ＫＩ将ＩＯ＾－３还原为Ｉ２，以淀粉淀液显色，在５７０ｎｍ波长下测其吸光度，得出小麦、玉米中的碘含量，测定结果显示，样品中碘含量均偏低。

| Abstract: | After ashing, soaking and acidating the ascertained samples, oxidizing I - into IO - 3 by over bromine water, and reducing IO - 3 into I 2 again by KI, when amylum solution develops, ascertaining its abscrbance with the wave length of 570 nm, the iodine content of wheat and corn will be calculated. |
