| 摘 要： | 本文从构建和谐社会的角度分析了流动图书馆开展社区文化建设的意义和优势，在借鉴国外流动图书馆成功经验的基础上，总结了我国流动图书馆的发展现状及存在问题，提出了新时期流动图书馆在加强社区文化建设中应采取的基本措施。
